Bren Is this your art? It is lovely!

Lt Drake Thank you

Planning my next greenhouse due for building this spring. All aspects of it (footing, structure, environmental, plumbing and electrical) are mission-critical as I envision this greenhouse to be a 4-season operation even in the death of our canadian winter.
.

Lizzie We are looking into a greenhouse as well. For now, we are going to put something on our deck but eventually I would love something more permanent. Please share pictures as you build!

Bren You and @lizzie are going to love having a greenhouse. I have been growing in a greenhouse here in Ohio (zone 5b ) for since 2008. Happy to help you all in any way. I share my greenhouse and now Dome greenhouse on my website at BrenHaas.com if you are interested.

Lizzie Awesome I will check it out! Thank you

Yaniv Beautiful!

Do you use plastic in your garden? I think there are many advantages to using plastic. Keeping the ground warm, while also reducing weeds.

Bren straw works the same... breaks down nice too! I spread it on my large garden around a few plants and down the walkway to keep weeds out. The seeds do find their way through later in the summer but nothing I can't pull by hand even in this large bed. Just an idea that works for me.
