i am in vermont - 05753 - and just getting outside. my garden was not attended to last summer and potatoes never harvested. planted almost 50 seed potatoes. how to build new garden in same bed? how would you approach getting all of old out to start anew?

I got all the weeds cut down today and ready to lay the fabric. Then set the raised beds and arbors. Hang string lights! Running way behind but so excited.

John Ehrling I would dig it out and see if they fully grew. Then decide if you can rototill the garden.
