This morning a dense fog covered and infiltrated the entire landscape. I went out to hay the horses and saw gorgeous fragile spikes of snowy frost along all the gates, fences, branches, stems, and leaves. This was payment for bundling up and going outside early. A photo would not have captured the beauty. Did anyone else in the upper Midwest observe this brief phenomenon with temperatures a few degrees below freezing?

Heather Stone We had fog in KY today but not freezing I don't think! Maybe it was! I didn't notice any frosty spikes on anything, that sounds lovely!
